SIGN AT TITLE

  • Do this AT LEAST 3 days prior to the closing date
  • Bring money or wire funds for closing to title

FINAL WALK THROUGH

DAY OF CLOSING

  • Lender will wire the funds to the title company
  • Title company will request deed recording with County.
