The initial weight of the stomach sample to be soaked in water was 23.1g and the volume was 15g/mL.
Its weight the next day was 26.6g and 20g/mL. Which means it increased in weight by 3.5g and volume by 5g/mL.
It was to be expected the stomach tissue would absorb the water, but the water sample did not change color at all. This means the tissue was not damaged by the product it was being tested with at all.
