• Manager share based on contributions

RENTED LOC. - REDUCED HOURS

• Rent locations to keep flexibility
• Hours 11am to 7pm
• A few tastings/week - some starting at 7pm
• Close Sunday PM and Mondays
• All shelving etc. portable
