How can YOU improve your candidate's hiring process?

1. BE FRIENDLY

You're busy, candidates are busy, everyone is busy. Interviews, emails and phone calls take time from us all, so put on a smile and positive attitude.

This is an especially important rule when delivering bad news. Your candidate will remember your tone even when the sting of a 'no' fades.

2. BE TRANSPARENT

Remember, this may be just another position to fill for you, but it's a livelihood, career and future for the applicants.

That means, when questions are unanswered, details are evaded and no news of the position is offered, candidates are left wondering and frustrated.

3. GET FEEDBACK
