  • How many Buyers are your working with on average?
  • When do you say "uncle" and turn away buyers?
  • Are you too busy to work for me?
  • Are you too busy to work for me with 100% effort?

Search Methods

  • How do you search for real estate for me?
  • Am I responsible for approving homes to view?
  • Are you going to contact me with new listings?
  • If you are going to contact me, how will you?
  • May I send you listings I find online?

Brokerage - Realtor

  • Are you a licensed Realtor?
  • Where does your local Brokerage rank?
  • Is your brokerage World Wide or...?
