EASY FOOD ELIMINATION DIET

  • Feeling sluggish
  • Fluid retention
  • Mental fog
  • Wheezy breathing
  • Irritable Bowel Syndrome

PINPOINT CULPRIT FOODS

  • Before you commence, you need to prepare
  • Make a list of all symptoms
  • Skin rashes, wheezing, foggy brain, disrupted sleep, headaches?

START ELIMINATION

  • Cut out everything containing the following for 25 days:
  • Dairy, eggs, gluten, soy, alcohol and all fast food
  • Yes, it'll be tough... but you can do it!

CLEAN EATING

  • For 25 days, prepare and cook all your own foods
  • No sauces, cook with olive oil, coconut oil, walnut oil and season with pepper
  • Everything should be unprocessed. Fresh is best!
  • Load your plate up with salad, raw veg and steamed veg
  • Fish is fine but only eat low mercury fish

AVOID REFINED FOODS

  • Unprocessed food is best
  • If it's from a factory, avoid it!

REINTRODUCE 1 BY 1

  • pick 1 food and, on day 26, eat/drink it once
  • Think about your symptoms. Have any returned?
  • do you feel any different? How is your sleep?
  • Make notes about any changes. If no changes...
  • after 48 hours, eat the same food again

TRY A SECOND FOOD

  • Discontinue the first food you tested
  • Test a second, following the same method
  • Make note of any symptoms, if any
