  • Founder of Le Laboratoire
  • Created WikiPearls (small balls of ice cream served in flavored packaging)
  • Invented Cellbag ( helps transport water without stress) and Ophone (olfactory food inhaler)

BENEFITS OF EDIBLE FOOD PACKAGING

  • It could reduce the amount of waste product in our world
  • It would make our world cleaner and less animals would get killed from empty wrappers
  • It also reduces the amount of packaging you need on one food item
  • The edible wrapping extends the foods life, studies show that a edible film on apples to longer for them to turn brown
  • This does not get rid of the food packaging all together it just lessens it. You would have to put a brown bag

COMPAMIES THAT USE EDIBLE FOOD PACKAGING

  • Bob's - there is a restaurant in Brazil that markets edible food packaging by using edible rice paper
  • Wiki Cells - Made by David Edwards, he packages food using seeds, calcium ions, particles of chocolate, and nuts
  • Monosol - Made an edible covering that dissolves in your mouth. They've so far used this for oatmeal, hot chocolate, and coffee
