cell membrane

  • The Cell Membrane covers structures that contain all of the matierials necessary for life. All living things are made of cells.
  • The Cell Membrane is a thin, semi-permeable layer that controls what goes in and out of the cell.

  • The Cell Wall, only located in plant cells, gives the plant structure.

  • A Chloroplast is an organelle found in plant cells in which photosynthesis occurs.

  • The nucleus is usually the largest organelle in a cell and contains the DNA material. It's also known as the "brain" of the cell.
