Tornadoes form when cold air meets hot air.
Places such like Texas are perfectly good for tornadoes. When a tornadoes is coming the sky will turn green, a thunderstorm will occur and hailstones will drop

If a tornado is coming you should always go to the nearest stable building and stay away from heavy materials. Places underground will be your best choice because it is very stable. If you are in a car or walking home,hide in the nearest ditch and put your hand over your head, so it will protect your head from sharp thing like debris.
