Build a strong connective tissue within the global staffing org to ensure knowledge-sharing, collaboration and scalability.
Given the rapid growth in the staffing org, we aim to build a strong team feeling and allow for connections and new avenues of collaboration to form.

As the market is rapidly changing and we are the key driving force in that transformation, we must ensure we consistently address our markets (globally / locally) as the market influencer that we are.
There are a number of ingredients needed to be confident in addressing markets as a key influencer. SSU will be providing the org with a strong foundation of knowledge & skills which allows the team to start addressing each market. SSU will also enable continuous development beyond SSU which supports the ongoing development of the team.

HOW

By leverage the combined experience and knowledge of the org, SSU will address how to most effectively interact with all our key audiences; Customers, Sales and general market.

How do we leverage the tools at our disposal in the most effective and best way?
How do we team up with sales and other roles internally?
How do we communicate our market insights to all key audiences?

These are all questions answered by SSU as we go through data, frameworks and processes which will support a consistent delivery across regions and allow quick adoption by new hires.
