IMAGERY

"Sailing" by Unknown.
Sailing, Sailing on a summer breeze, Sailing and feeling free. I've never seen such a beautiful sight, As the wind blowing thru your hair in the full moonlight.

The poem "sailing" by unknown is about a sailor in the night. the mood of this poem is shown by these words:"free" and "beautiful sight." This poem is an example of imagery. The example is the descriptive words all through the poem. I like this poem because it is peaceful.

Winter Whispers

The wind whispers when it is cold
Trees are white and windows frosted
A hush covers all
Peaceful, silent
Winter whispers as snowflakes drift
