Angiosperm is known as flowering plants that bear their seeds within a layer of tissue that protects the seed.
The flowers contain ovaries, which surround and protect the seeds. That's how it's gets its name "enclosed seed"
Angiosperms develop a unique reproductive organs know as flowers. This unique quality increases the population.
Fruit is a wall of tissue around the seed is another reason for its success.
Monocots and discots are named for the number of seed leaves, or cotyledons, in the plant embryo. Monocots have one seed leaf, and discots have two.
