INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION TIMELINE

EVENT 1: THE STEAM ENGINE WAS MADE.

• People were not very efficient than this engine
• change the people's way of thinking, people were paid more
• engines gained popularity more and more people supported this change
• people were paid more and din’t need to do much work then they use to.
• inventors used the steam engine to remove water, which was more effictive

EVENT2- TELEGRAPH

• it was the first start of communicationthat could be sent from a great distance
• telegraph also allowed news media and the government to share information.
• The development of the telegraph even gave rise to the first wire news service
• Morse's invention also connected America to Europe

EVENT3: PEOPLE WERE TREATED UNFAIR,DISADVANTAGES

• slavery, they never had a chance to live as the people that owned the patents.
• homeless without weeping in sorrow, as people treated them as slaves
• homeless position and would they survive in an alley under wet cardboard boxes in the freezing cold.
• man/woman power, less salaries
• People weren't paid if there operated the machine.

EVENT4: DISEASES.

• The sudden influx of workers placed a major strain on housing in these cities
• Poorly-paid workers were forced to live in overcrowded slums
• There were few hygiene facilities. There were large social gaps between poor factory workers.
• Industrial Revolution changed the economy and society of Britain, and the world
• There were judged by middle class professionals and wealthy upper class industrialists
