For my final assignment in Language Arts I will be giving a presentation about myself. When I think about presenting in front of the class I feel comfortable. The reason I feel this way is because I know you all very well so I don't feel as scared. We recently read a list of terms about public speaking. When I look over the list of terms I feel like two areas where I am strong are volume, and tone. I don't feel as confident when it comes to facial expression, and pacing. While I have some strengths and weaknesses, I still have some areas that I can focus on to make my time speaking in front of the class go smooth. The three areas that I will focus on are eye contact, pronunciation, and fluency. It is important to learn how to be an effective public speaker because when you become an adult it will help in your life.

And now I will talk to you about my values. My first value is " courage " my second value is " hope" and my final value is " rising above". My most important value is " rising above" because it is to overcome difficult situations.

The next thing I will talk about what I love to do. A few things that I love to do are SWIM, HAG WITH, and DRAW. My favorite to do in life is SWIM because it relaxes me.

And now I want to tell you about some skills that I feel will help me reach my dreams and goals. Three skills that are important for my future are DEPENDABILITY, FLEXIBILITY, and MAKING DECISIONS. I feel like the most important skill for my future is flexibility because later in life if a big change comes I will be flexible.

Next I will talk about my intelligence scores. My top three results from my multiple intelligence test were language, music, and logic/math. I feel most connected to music because I play a violin.

The career that I would have later in life is a pet day care because I love animals and it would be fun.

In order to become a pet day care I will need to have at least a high school diploma.

In addition to my career plans, I have more ideas about my future. I would like to live in Oregon, I want to live there because there are no taxes and no deadly storms. I would also like to live a normal happy life with a family.

Now I want to tell you about my bucket list. I choose the following quote for my bucket list " the happiest people don't have the best of everything, they just make the best of everything". A few places I want to go before I kick the bucket are Hawaii, Idaho, and Florida. The most important item on my bucket list is Hawaii because I dream of laying in the clear blue water.

SUMMER!!!!!!
Now that this school year is coming to an end, I am looking ahead to next year with a goal in mind. My goal for next school year is to have fun, but before next year arrives we have summer vacation! One thing that I will do to have this summer is enjoy the time of freedom! Soo, thanks for listening to my presentation and hope you all enjoy summer!
