Cause of Disorder

  • The disorder is autosomal.
  • Both copies of the genes has mutations.
  • Albinism is a recessive trait.
  • It is due to lack of Chromosomes. 

Description of disorder

  • Absence of color in the hair,skin,iris of eye.
  • Albinism results in the body failing to produce melanin.

Characteristics of disorder

  • They have blood-clotting problems.
  • The limitations are that they can't be in the sun that long.
  • Albinism rarely affects a person's life span.
