Won by: North (It was the bloodiest battle in American history [at the time]

THE BATTLR OF ANTIETAM 9/17/62

Won by: no one
(In that day more people died than they did
in 1812 war and Mexican war combined)

BATTLE OF GETTYSBURG 7/1/63

Won by: North
(Lee [the south] stopped fighting and only defended
[the beginning of the end])

SIEGE AT VICKSBURG 7/4/63

Won by: North (South was split in half making this a significant victory)

APPOMATYOX COURT HOUSE 4/1/65

The South army surrendered to the North and the war ended
