• The stars first stage is a nebula
• A nebula is a cloud of dust and gas

PROTOSTAR

• Next the star becomes a prostar
• A protostar is when gravity pulls gas and dust together

RED GIANT

• After it becomes a prostar it becomes a red giant
• When a star begins to runs out if fuel it becomes a red giant

PLANETARY NEBULA

• Next it becomes a planetary nebula

WHITE DWARF

• Finally the star becomes a white dwarf
• When the star runs out of fuel it becomes a white dwarf
