Marketing Plan
Our goals are:
1. To help you get your property sold.
2. To help you get where you want to on time
3. To make it easier for you.

1. Pre-Inspection. We will have the major systems in your home inspected to reduce your risk of any surprises when negotiating with a buyer and to make your transaction smoother. I will pay for these inspections as part of my service to you.…

2. Pre-Title Commitment. I will order (at my cost) a pre-title commitment to reduce your risk of any title problems at closing.
3. Listing Service (MLS). Submit your home to the MLS where over 1200 agents have access and may be awaiting a new listing for represented buyers.
4. Virtual tour. Produce Circlepix.com virtual tour and high quality digital photos to distribute.
5. High Quality photos. Provide professional photographs through Circlepix.com.
6. Staging. I will provide two hours of professional staging service.

7. Pricing. I will assist you with pricing your home based on a competitive market analysis. This will help you to set the best price on your home so that it will sell within your time frame.
8. RE/MAX of Boulder Marketing System. We will enter your home into RE/MAX of Boulder’s Marketing System.

9. RE/MAX of Boulder Yard Sign. I will have a RE/MAX of Boulder for sale sign placed on your property.
10. Color Brochure. I will photograph your home and prepare a full color brochure and take the maximum number of pictures for internet marketing.
11. Brochure Box. I will place a brochure box on the RE/MAX of Boulder sign. I will also provide you with extra brochures to refill the box.
12. Lock Box. I will place a lock box on your property to increase showings and provide you with the security of knowing who has shown your home.

13. Internet Marketing. Over 70% of homebuyers are checking the internet when they want to buy or sell a home. Through our network you will be exposed (at minimum) to Relator.com, Google and Yahoo data base, zillow.com, trulia.com, hotpads.com, galaxy.com, manta.com, homesandland.com, plaxo.com, whrrl.com, Zillow.com, locallife.com, realtyagentsportal.com and coloradohut.com.
14. Transaction Management. We will manage the details of your transaction to ensure that your contract closes on time for you to move on.

15. Feedback. I will follow-up on each showing and provide you with the feedback of the buyers. If there is anything we need to do to the property to make it more saleable we will know from this feedback information.
16. Negotiation. My fee is not just about marketing, but also about being your advocate in the negotiating process.
