INFECTION OF THE LIPS, MOUTH, OR GUMS DUE TO THE HERPES VIRUS.

DERMATITIS

SKIN CONDITION THAT CAUSES SKIN REDNESS AND IRRITATION.

1ST DEGREE BURNS

AFFECT THE OUTER LAYER OF SKIN

2ND DEGREE BURNS

BURNS OUTER LAYER AND UNDERLAYER OF SKIN

3RD DEGREE BURN

SEVERE BURN AFFECTING DEEP LAYER OF SKIN

BASEL CELL CARCINOMA

  • Basal cell carcinoma is a slow-growing form of skin cancer.
  • You can get it at a young age due to tanning beds and sun
  • It could possibly spread to other parts of your skin.

Squamous Cell Carcinoma
Is uncontrolled growth of abnormal cells arising in the squamous cells, which is mostly the skins upper layers (epidermis). Caused by cumulative UV exposure.

Malignant Melanoma
is a neoplasm of melanocytes or a neoplasm of the cells that develop from melanocytes. This can cause death of skin cancer. You can get it from too much sun and tanning beds.

THE ABCD RULES (MELANOMA)

  • A - Asymmetry
  • B - Border irregularity
  • C - Color that tends to be very dark black or blue and variable
  • D - Diameter ≥ 6 mm
