Unsanctioned
"Unsanctioned" applies to the type of illegal race which does not apply to a set of rules or disciplinary actions from either a recognizing sanctioning body or motor sports track. All illegal street racing is unsanctioned.

SPEED
"Speed" includes many related traffic infractions ranging from reckless driving to excessive speeding.

One Or More Vehicles
"One or more vehicles" applies to the fact that illegal street racing can occur with just one vehicle (or more ). Illegal drifting, illegal top speed runs, and illegal time-attacks are all illegal forms of racing that can involve one vehicle.

Open Public Road
"Open Public Road" applies to the area where illegal street racing takes place. All forms of illegal street racing occur in an area which is not designated for motor sports racing at the time period that the illegal race occurs.

Street Racing is a fun/very dangerous kind of hobby to have but you ALWAYS have to use precautions. Hundreds of people die every year from illegal street car racing. But if your a car lover like me going to the street car meets and seeing the races will always have you sitting on the edge of your seat.
