  • gallo pinto-scrambled eggs, cooked plantains, tortillas, and orange juice and coffee.
  • casado: a mix of items like black beans and rice, a chunk of Costa Rican cheese, and a meat item
  • Ceviche: chopped raw fish mixed with onions, tomatoes and cilantro, marinated in lime juice
  • Chilera: a spicy dressing made with pickled onions, peppers and vegetables.
