THERMAL ENERGY

  • A rotisserie heats things in the sports arena.
  • A grill cooks things in the sports arena.
  • All of the fans in the arena have body heat.

MECHANICAL ENERGY

  • A vending machine is a example of mechanical energy.
  • A race car is mechanical energy because the wheels turn the car moves.
  • A retractable roof is mechanical energy because it moves back and forth.

  • The fans are sound energy because they cheer a lot.
  • Vendors are sound energy because they have to be loud so you can hear.
  • A PA anouncer is sound energy because they talk into the microphone.

  • Flood lights are light energy because they produce light.
  • Shot clock is light energy because it shows how long the game will last.
  • Press box computers are light energy because you cant see the screen without light.

  • The tv camera is electrical energy because it shows on tvs around the world.
  • The pit crew tools are electrical energy because they are plugged in.
