doers vs leaders

  • 10 committee roles does not a leader make
  • Did I get the job because I am generally reliable
  • I think that doers are associated with 'yes' and leaders know 'no'
  • It's both of course ... I am just starting to figure out the difference
  • This is a central framing issue for me

Gossip, pessimism, cutting remarks, rumour mongering, double talk, haters.

Weak players reduce the capability of the whole team; bring down average

Being available doesn't mean you have to sit through other peoples meeting.
