When people mention "hero" what comes into your mind? Superman? Spider man? Or is it Batman? A lot people think that heroes are heroes because they own the characteristics that normal people don't. However, I think otherwise. I think heroes are heroes because they are able to ACHIEVE things that others can't. They are people who are willing to sacrifice their time to help others, and make good use of their times and accept their own mistakes and choices.
So today I'm going to tell you about my hero, and the five characteristics that my hero has.

The five qualities that I think my Hero consists of are courage, self-control, and self-motivation.
I think these qualities are qualities that most of us can't achieve. Courage, to have the courage to face what's ahead of us. Self-control, to have self-control of what we do, and the choices we make. Self-motivation, to know what we want and what our goal is.

My Hero also consists of responsibility, and hard-working. Responsible for the decisions she makes and the duties she has to take. Hard-working, to know what she want and work moving towards the goal she has set.

My Hero. After talking about the qualities I think that my hero is consist of. Now, I'm going to tell you more about my Hero.
I think my mom is my Hero. She has all the characteristics and qualities that I've mentioned before. She is very courageous and nothing can put her down. She is very self-controlled and she can focus herself on tasks. She is very self-motivated and she knows what she wants. She is very responsible, she accept the duties and accepts the choices she made. Last, she is very hard-working. She is willing to put much effort in reaching her goals. She is everything I can think of and I think is the best out of all the Heroes.

My mom is a teacher, a math teacher. She is also a student, parent, and daughter. Every day she has a lot to face, and has a lot on her mind. She is getting old, and doesn't have a good health. Yet, she is being courageous. She is willing to face the danger of having a heart surgery, and is courageous in facing the problems after the surgery.
I think my mom is super brave. I have never really seen her got frighten by anything before, even when the future is unstable and insecure.

My mom is well self-controlled. She knows how to arrange her schedules well, and make use of her time. She is always able to make the best plan and the most efficient one. Like most of the woman she also like purses and shopping. Yet, she is able to control herself to stay home and do her works and duties. I think that's a really important feature to have, the ability to control ourselves. Often it is hard to do the right thing at the right time, but my mom can always manage herself to do so. That's also one of the great feature that makes her my hero.

My mom is also very self-motivated. Right now she is in school again. Learning more and challenging herself to more new things. She is very clear and sure of what her goal is, and she tries her best to achieve it. Like what she had said to me before, the older you get, the more you should learn, and make good use of your time and wisdom. I think having self-motivation is important. It leads you to the future you want and it urge you to achieve it.

My mom, as a teacher, student, parent, daughter and has many duties to carry. A lot of choices to make, and has to accept the consequences of the choices. She is very responsible, and knows what she has to do. I think that's a very important trait to have. Many of us can't accept the responsibilities of the choices we make and the chances we take. However, my mom never runs away from her mistakes. Instead, she goes back and investigate the error and what has caused it.

My mom is very hard-working and as a teacher and a student. My mom has a lot of jobs that she needs to finish. So she often have to stay up late at night and make full use of her free time. Therefore, she always get her work done very well, and always on time. As a student most of us are probably even not as hard-working for my mom! She's the idol I look up to and she did a good job setting the model for me. Therefore, I think hard-working is one of the important characteristics of a hero.

However, Heroes need rest. Not to say my mom isn't even a real super hero. She's just a normal person like all of us. She doesn't have the abilities to fly or to save the world. Yet, my mom is still my Hero. Sometimes I hope my mom can relax herself and get more rest. She has always been considering for us, and making the choices that are good for us. So I hope she can take a good break and think more about herself and the things she want. I wish my mom can do something she wants and sometimes take off that hero burden.

My Hero, My mom. I think she's the best mom in the world. She is everything to me and I really love her. I think she's the hero for my life, and some one I really look up to. She is my goal and I hope that one day I can be someone like her and also be a hero of a kind.
