Prokaryotic cells
Prokaryotic cells do not have a nucleus or other membrane bound organelles.

Eukaryotic cells
Eukaryotic cells have a nucleus and other membrane bound organells.

Eukaryotic and prokaryotic are the same because they both have something to do with DNA and because eukaryotic can be singled celled to

They are different because prokaryotic cells do not have a nucleus or other cell membrane bound organelles and eukaryotic cells do . Also DNA is suspended with prokaryotic cells and enclosed in eukaryotic cells

Plant cells
Plant cells plant cells and animals are the same ,because they are both cells and both have some of the same organelles but different because a plant cell doesn't have a centriole or lysosomes and a animal cell doesn't have a cell wall, central vacuole or chloroplast.
