The Hardwick Memorial Building.

The Hardwick Memorial building was supposed to be a memorial monument for civil war veterans. But the Hardwick gazette in The September, 2, 1909, wrote that at a town meeting a majority of the voters wanted a building instead. So a building made of granite and stone was built with marble tablets carved with the names of the Revolutionary War, the War of 1812, The Mexican War, the Spanish American War, and the Civil War veterans was completed and dedicated in a ceremony on February, 29, 1913.

Now it's used as the municipal building.

It's located, 20 Church Street, Hardwick, Vermont.
