BUDDHISUM

  • They show a great respect for the Buddha's teachings
  • There is no Almighty god to worship
  • New life in the rebirth cycle is dictated by the karma in a past life

TAOISM

  • Is the way of acting in your role in life
  • Everyone has their own destiny
  • They live by the three jewels: compassion, moderation and humility.
  • Lao Tzu is still believed to be the founder

CONFUCIANISM

  • “Ren” is the central ethical principle, love, mercy, and humanity.
  • There are five cardinal relationships.
