  • 8 planets with their satellites
  • Dwarf planets
  • Small solar bodies

PLANETS

  • They are spherical bodies which revolve araund the sun
  • The inner planets are mercury,venus,earth and mars
  • They are mode up of rocks
  • The outer planets are J,S,U,N
  • They are mode up of gases

DWARF PLANETS

  • They spherical bodies waich orbit the sun
  • They are smaller than planets

SATELLITES

  • Satellites orbit planets and consist of rock
  • Example:The moon

ASTEROIDES

  • Are rocky objects wich are irregular in shape
  • Asteroides orbit araund the sun
  • Most of them orbit between Mars Jupiter

COMET

  • Are small bodies that travel araund the sun inhighly elliptal orbits
  • Their shape is irregular
  • The nucleus is made is up of ice,dust and gas
  • When the comets are the sun,the ice avaporates creating a tail
