Alignment

A recitation or recital, especially of prepared or memorised material.

Repetition

Use of the same colors, styles, shapes, or other elements and principles throughout a document.

Balance

Keeping an equal amount of weight on each side of something. (e.g. a scale)

Contrast

When something is more focused on, because it is so different to the background.

Proximity

How close together or far apart items are to each other.

Space
It is the space between visual elements — it's an integral part of the message. Space tells you where one section ends and another begins.
