I work with

  • Leaders, managers in the NHS, universities, public & private sectors (leadership & executive coaching)
  • Women seeking career success & promotion, greater confidence, influence, visibility (confidence & career development coaching)
  • Individuals seeking better balance, less stress, more fulfilment

How can coaching help you?

  • Impartial, confidential sounding board to bounce ideas and challenges with in times of change, transition & growth
  • Helps you to find clarity & focus, increases your self awareness and the actions you need to take to get different outcomes
  • Challenges assumptions, behaviours & limiting beliefs that hold you back
  • Provides robust feedback, stretch to help you achieve your potential and accelerates your progress
  • Develops your inner capacity, skills & strengths & effectiveness

What a coaching programme looks like

  • 1st session: contracting, defining outcomes, how success will be measured
  • Series of coaching conversations at agreed times with unlimited email support between sessions
  • Small amount of 'homework' in between sessions e.g practising new behaviours, watching a short video...
  • Midway assessment of progress & relationship effectiveness
  • Programme evaluation, outcomes achieved, learning gained

My role in the conversation

  • Create a safe, confidential and trusting space
  • Help you move from chaos to clarity, complexity to simplicity and get to the core of the issue
  • Challenge unhelpful assumptions, beliefs & mindsets that may be holding you back

My role in the conversation

  • Listen and ask insightful questions to deliver new insights & awareness
  • Help you generate a way forward and actions to get there
  • Support you as you progress, help you learn from mistakes, develop coping strategies

our relationship

  • Is at the heart of what we do and is crucial to success
  • Based on mutual respect, trust & transparency
  • Is a shared experience for which we both take responsibility, commitment & accountability for
  • Is equal, based on 'I'm OK, you are OK'

Working with me starts with a conversation

  • A discussion: why coaching, why now, what would you like to change, improve, be better at...
  • What outcomes are you seeking, time frame, budget
  • Am I the right coach for you...approach, style, fit
  • There is no cost for the above, pick up the phone
