Now as you are saying in your mind, a football helmet is not science and should not do with this project.
WELL... YOUR WRONG

The football helmet has been on the earth since the 1920's. WOW that been a long time.
The first helmet did a little bit of protection. Still a lot of players had serious injuries.
The football helmet changed over the past. For safety reasons. The safest brand helmet is the riddell. They have cooler looking helmets too.
The newest and most safest helmet is the revo speed flex. On the next slide I will show you how it's safe.

The the shape on the front of the helmet is why it is safe. It is where you can push down on it. Where the shape is is where head to head contact happen the most.
The inside padding of the helmet can or not be good. I'm saying that because you have to pump the padding with air. If you don't than it is not worth having a helmet at all.
The facemask has a big role to do with the helmet it covers your nose and blocks other face mask from your eyes.

Now engineers do a lot of work to make and design these helmets. And it would be cool to do that. Plus you can make a lot of 💸💸💸💸
So over these years from 1920. Thank the engineers who make helmet technology safer and much cooler looking.
