Small Intestine
When the even smaller pieces come from the stomach it goes to the small intestine where it grabs the nutrients from the Apple and takes it where it goes and the rest takes about 1-6 hours to digest and go to the larger intestine.

Large intestine
When the waste comes from the small intestine it goes to the large intestine where it gets rid of the waste and absorbs water back into the blood, it takes about 12-48 hours to digest.
