Review Disclosures

• Read the Disclosures Carefully.
• Ask your Realtor if there is anything to be concerned of.
• Have your Realtor double check information.
• Do your due dillegence and reference outside reports.
• Ask your home inspector if the info jives!

Negotiation

• What things are you going to ask for?
• Is the seller willing to give you credit?
• Are the repairs something you can live with?

Your Duties

• How long are your timeframes?
• When do you have to remove contingencies?
• Did you agree to a per diem?
• Is your Realtor answering questions?
• Ask your Realtor Questions and demand answers!

Lock the Interest Rate

• Ask your lender if the rate has been locked.
• If rates reduce will they adjust the rate?
• Ensure you are quoted "prevailing" rate.
• Get a revised Good Faith Estimate from the lender.
• Don't buy anything on credit or change your profile!
