• Every Bill has to be reviewed by the House of Representatives and Senate
• If they agree on it, they will send it to President
• If President approves he will sign, if not he will send it back

• Privilege of the Writ of Habeas Corpus won't be suspended unless cases of rebellion or invasion
• No tax on Articles from any state
• No title of Nobility allowed in any states
