PRESENTATION OUTLINE

Velociraptor
A MEAT EATER

Velociraptor roamed the earth about 85.8 million to 70.6 million years ago during the end Cretaceous Period

Velociraptor species V.mongoliensis, and V.osmolskae, the second of which was identified in 2008.

A velociraptor runs speeds are 46 km/h (28.5) which would outpace world record holder Usia bolt, who maxes out at 44.7 km/h (27.4).

Recent research suggest that a V.mongoliensis, was a feathered dinosaur.

The feathers might have also helped females protect their eggs.
