TRANSCRIPTION
In the nucleus.
mRNA makes copy of DNA
Copy goes to cytoplasm

4.
THE PROCESS
RNA polymerase bonds to the promoter of DNA.
Hydrogen bonds are separated and RNA copies a strand of DNA.
RNA polymerase adds nucleotides to 3' strand of growing RNA.

ONE SECOMD PLEASE
Processing
In eukaryotes introns don't code for amino acids
So introns are removed and exons stay there
Also a 5 prime cap is added to 5' end
And a poly-a tail to the 3' end

TRANSLATION
In the cytoplasm
Proteins get made
tRNA and mRNA are important
Ribosomes are used

8.
PROCESS
Initiation-mRNA binds to ribosome.
Elongation-tRNA transfers amino acids to mRNA
tRNA anticodons and mRNA codons link together
The amino acids on tRNA connect with polypeptide bonds
Termination-tRNA hits stop codon and protein is finished and released
