0-30 Days

  • Commence conversations with channel partners (food, flowers, hotels, etc)
  • Gather feedback from focus groups on best utilization practices of product
  • Drill down to core competencies needed for product at outset
  • Complete Minimum Viable Product to enable data collection and feedback

30-60 Days

  • Extensive Data Collection for MVP
  • Implementation of tangible data collected
  • Solicit feedback from initial customers and address
  • Begin to build out enhanced functionality of Simba
  • Brand Asset Guidelines/UI/UX Commencement

60-90 Days

  • Fully functioning cross-platform beta product (android, iOS)
  • Enhanced customizable messaging
  • Ability to assign administrators to disseminate information
  • Ability to sign guestbook and send direct messages to family
  • Ability to make a charitable contribution in the deceased name

90-180 Days

  • UI/UX finishing touches completed
  • Finalized partnerships with first channel partners (Bouqs, Grubhub, etc)
  • Ability to donate flowers, food, etc through Simba (Revenue Generation)
  • Payment integration with Paypal and or Dwolla (to lower processing fees)
  • Algorithm perfected to generate relevant people that should be contacted

180-365 Days

  • Ability to upload photos of the deceased
  • Ability to generate driving directions through google maps API
  • Ability to automate thank you messages from family for contributions 
  • Begin to strategically market the application to extend support
  • Development of connecting online/offline with collage books (groovebook)
