Realtor questions

  • Conference calls mandatory
  • Never take place without other party
  • Voice Mail Messages need both parties
  • Establish strict rules

text messages

  • Both parties need to be seen
  • If only one party, no response!
  • Not the best way to communicate
  • Hard to use in court

e-mail

  • without the other party being present!

Hiring friends

  • Referral from the "friend realtor" - be careful -
  • They are typically biased
  • If referred to, find out the source of that referral

Is being together a problem?

  • Consider signing documents - how and where
  • Consider going over paperwork
  • Consider reviewing contracts
  • Reviewing Escrow Paperwork
  • Reviewing inspection reports

the rules

  • Written for both parties to sign
