  • Shows Jesus has emotions just like humans.
  • In this photo Jesus is clearly upset and sad about something.
  • It also helps show that Jesus suffers too.
  • Jesus has to go through hardships just like humans.
  • In this picture Jesus is dressed in everyday clothes not fancy clothes.

  • This photo shows Jesus as a human because he is interacting with a child.
  • Jesus was just like everyone else and found happiness in children.
  • Jesus looks relaxed and happy.
  • The child is not acting weird because she is talking to a HUMAN Jesus.
  • Not a non human.

  • I choose this photo because it showed Jesus as a baby.
  • I thought it was such a good glimpse into Jesus' family.
  • His human family.
  • Since Jesus was human he needed to be loved.
  • This photo shows his families love and excitement.

  • Jesus had human emotions.
  • In this photo Jesus looks concerned and he is praying.
  • Just look humans, Jesus had to suffer and face challenging times.
  • Jesus also looks like an ordinary person in this photo.
  • He is not dressed in magnificent clothes.

  • In this photo Jesus is holding a lamb.
  • Like humans Jesus takes care of and loves animals.
  • He has jobs to do to like anyother person.
  • Jesus has to work too to support himself.
  • Dressed in regular clothes that any other human would wear.

HOW DOES THIS SHOW A COMPASSIONATE SAVIOR?

  • Jesus and a young man are on top of a mountain.
  • The man is in pain or upset- on his knees.
  • Jesus has his arms around him.
  • Jesus is comforting the man.
  • Jesus is taking away this mans pain.

HOW DOES THIS SHOW A COMPASSIONATE SAVIOR?

  • There is a ill/poor man on the street.
  • All the other people are just staring and pointing at him.
  • Jesus actually walks over there and talks to the man showing Gods love.
  • All the others are shocked at Jesus talking to an "outcast"
  • Jesus shows that there are no "outcasts" everyone worthy of respect.

HOW DOES THIS SHOW A COMPASSIONATE SAVIOR?

  • In this photo there are three poor men surrounding Jesus.
  • At this time that was a huge deal because they were "outcasts"
  • The men are begging Jesus and look ill/in pain.
  • Jesus is comforting the men and showing that they are not forgotten.
  • Showing that no one is outside of Gods love and that everyone is worthy of saving.

HOW DOES THIS SHOW A COMPASSIONATE SAVIOR?

  • This is a depiction of Jesus's birth.
  • The light shining down on him signals that he is the messiah.
  • The messiah was the one that would save and bring peace.
  • Mary and Joseph have halo's are their head which adds to the Holy Spirit.

HOW DOES THIS SHOW A MESSIAH?

  • I choose this photo because I thought it showed Jesus as a messiah.
  • The whole photo looked magical and spiritual.
  • Jesus in the water with his arms up reminded me of him saving the Jews.
  • The sun also appears as spiritual and heavenly.
  • Jesus appears to be looking up on an angel.

HOW DOES THIS SHOW A MESSIAH?

  • This photo shows Jesus' cruxification on the cross.
  • The Jews thought the messiah would be a military hero.
  • But they ignored the old passages saying he would be peaceful and liberate them.
  • I liked this photo because Jesus died for us and this photo shows his sacrifice for us.

  • Jesus' arms are reaching for heaven.
  • His arms reaching represent him saving the people .
  • The background is empty and perfectly green(happy)
  • Jesus was happy and smiling as he reaches for an angel.

  • It says "I am" a phrase so sacred and intended for the messiah.
  • Jews were afraid to say it because they wanted the messiah to be called it.
  • It lists several qualities in the I am which Jesus portrayed.
  • Shows how Jesus lived his life and fulfilled God's promises.

  • Jesus died on the cross for us.
  • This photo shows Jesus dead on the cross.
  • The light around the cross makes it look spiritual.
  • The light shows Jesus as being sacred and the messiah.

HOW DOES THIS SHOW A DIVINE SON?

  • This photo shows Jesus but with a halo.
  • The halo represents holiness and the Holy Spirit.
  • It shows Jesus as being more then flesh.
  • Shows how Jesus was divine too!

  • Shows Jesus with a halo- holiness
  • In his heart there was a cross.
  • Represents God and faith.
  • There is also a throne crown to show the suffering he endured.
  • But he was reunited with his father in heaven.

  • It looks like just an ordinary baby.
  • But if you look closely you see the Halo around his head.
  • The halo shows how he was more then just flesh.
  • He was sacred, the messiah, the divine son.
  • Has his hands on his heart which made me think of love.

  • In this photo Jesus is struggling to carry the cross.
  • He has a halo around his head.
  • Even though he was going to suffer he had heaven to go to.
  • He was holy and so sacred and his father would take care of him.
  • He was not just an ordinary person, not just flesh.

  • Jesus has a halo again to show his holiness.
  • He has his hands out to show how he is always there for us.
  • A light shines from his heart shows how he was the light.
  • Shows how Jesus was more then flesh, he was divine.
