Connection: Parvana bravely went to the jail with mother to get father back. They got hit and they were risky. But Parvana kept trying. Her bravery reminds me when I went zip lining 500m high. I was really scared when I was that high off the ground. I really didn't want to take a risk. But it was worth a try. Parvana's story is way more dangerous than mine.

Connection: When mother was caring for her family, it reminds me when my sister stood outside for me when I arrived at my house. She gave me a great big hug. She was always caring for me. And I care for her. We always help each other out. Sometimes we get a fight going on. But it ends in no time. I am not worried when my sister is here. Not at all. My family is like Parvana's family.

Connection: Mrs.Weera is athletic like me. But she does lots of sports. I only play basketball and some other sports. Basketball is my favourite sport. I guess favourite sport is either hockey or "football". My sister doesn't play any sport. But she was in ballet. I wonder what kind of sport Mrs.Weera does for a living? Does she play a sport secretly? We both like to play sports and exercise sometime. Mrs.Weera and I are a lot alike.
