The purpose of Roller Coasters

  • Roller coasters were created as a form of transportation.

Inventor of the Roller Coaster

  • Many people have contributed to the creation and developement of the Roller Coaster. Phillip Hinkle is credited for creating the first "Full circut" Roller coaster.

The use of Roller Coasters

  • Roller coasters were originally used as a form of transportation through coal mines, but it was quickly realized that it could be used for entertainment.
