Natasha: Weight Watchers definitely works when you stick to it. I have been off and on the program for about 3 years, and everytime I rejoin I lose. My problem is that I get bored counting points and don't always attend meetings
Michelle said... I started WW in March, and I have lost almost 25 pounds. For me, the structure of WW is just what I need. It's been worth every cent for me. I have only used the internet version, no meetings. For some reason WW has kept me more motivated than just the plain old calorie counting.
Weight watchers claims that you will lose 2 pounds a week if done correctly. It works by not dictating what you eat but keeping track of it and motivating you with meetings. There is exercise required for this to work to its full benefit of what it claims.
Is it healthy? We believe that weight watchers is a healthy alternative to normal dieting. They don't give you a strict plan to follow it's up to you to get all of your food groups and to exercise. WW just helps keep you on track and motivated with tips and new ideas.
