• 4-6 weeks long
• 1-3 times per week for coaching in the classroom
• 1 time per week for co-planning

Four Rounds of Coaching Cycles

• Round One: October to Early November
• Round Two: Mid November to Early December
• Round Three: January to Mid February
• Round Four: March to Mid April

One Week Before Each Round

• Letter or survey teachers about new round
• Invitation to participate
• Goal-setting conversation

During Coaching Cycle
