OBJECTIVE:
To measure the relative density of liquids in comparison to water
by determining which is the heaviest and which is the lightest.

Graduated cylinders
Ball bottom flask
Measuring cup

Food coloring, shampoo,
Liquid glycerine, detergent and corn oil.

Add 20 ml of the liquids to each container
and if the coloring has a light color
we should add food coloring to make it dark
but if it has an identifying color leave it
as it is.

ORDER OF APPLYING LIQUIDS
Corn oil
Detergent
Water
Shampoo
Glycerine

OBSERVATIONS.
The corn oil was very yellow
It had an identifying color
we didnt added food coloring
Adding it to the tube it went down
easily.

when added it was in the middle
of corn oil and detergent

when we added it all chemicals combined
and turned into a mess.

we didnt add coloring

glycerine because it was the
Bottom one and made colors
Lighter then detergent, water
and finally oil.
