Basketball 101

Do you want to play basketball? Well follow these steps and it will help you learn how to play.

• Go to a sporting store and guy a basketball and a basketball goal.
• Ask a basketball player or coach from your local middle or high school.
• Ask them to teach you proper shooting form.

• They can teach you how to shoot a jump shot, 3-pointer, and a lay up.
• Then ask them how to play offense.
• Once the teach you that, ask them to teach you how to play defense.

• Now that you haved learned how to play basketball you can sign up for a team.
• With your newly learned skills take them to the court and try to win a game with your team
