Microblogging platform, Twitter, restricts responses to 140. This could be a question, sharing a resource, sharing a thought. Remember, it can be whatever you would like it to be. The only rules are those that you create yourself. One of the interesting things about Twitter and social media in general is that there are so many ways to engage with people. The obvious is to include their handle. However, Clive Thompson has suggested that the hashtag is the soul of the internet. A great site to understand hashtags is Tagboard.
