OUR POSITION

• We belive the aquifer is a valuble and irreplaceable resource
• The enviroment would eventually die off with out the water
• Humans could not survive without water
• Livestock would have no grain or hay to feed on damaging the food supply
• farmers would be out of business for good

LARGEST PROBLEMS

• 1 People are being careless and wasting water
• 2 People are polluting the water with chemicals
• 3 animals drink directly from streams or rivers

CHANGES

• We need to have strict water usage laws
• We need harsh punishments for wasting water
• We need water enforcemt officers like health inspectors

THINGS TO COMPROMISE ON

• A nation wide water usage bill for everyone
• Water sharing laws to limit water use for each state based on population
• Laws to prevent water pollution everywhere
• National irrigation limit

SUPPORTERS AND OPPOSERS

• Farmers would want more water that they need
• Land owners would not want taxes increased on water
• Conservations would like saving water
• Goverment officals would like the laws
