THE LAST SUPPER: WASHING OF THE FEET
The Apostles and Jesus gathered before the feast of Passover
Jesus got up and began washing feet
Peter refused but Jesus said, "if I do not wash you, you have no part in me"
Simon wanted Jesus to wash his whole body, but Jesus said he was clean
Jesus was setting an example: the master is not better than the servant

"Love one another, even as I have loved, that you also love one another."
Jesus became a servant
Message: being a true disciple means to serve others

As I watched Jesus wash all of our feet, I finally understood
As a disciple, my job was to serve everyone around me, not look down upon them
