THE MYTH OF HERCULES

• Based from Greek mythology
• He was the last mortal son of zeus
• He is the only man born of mortal woman to become a god upon his death

the goddess Hera hated Hercules and made him lose his mind. While in this angry state he had killed his own wife and children. When he had awoken from his insanity he was devastated and prayed to the god Apollo for help. He said that he would have to serve Eurystheus for twelve years. He had to preform twelve impossible feats in which he had help from Hermes and Athena. By the end of the labours,he was seen as Greece's greatest hero.
