6 Daily Actions for Prosperity & Productivity

I do an all-day training called the Business Bootcamp for professionals in all disciplines.

As well as a Rainmaker Bootcamp for attorneys.

This week I delivered it to a group of investment bankers.

One of the topics covered are the
“6 Daily Actions.”

These daily actions are the needle-movers.

The things that when you make sure you do them, they add sanity & success to your life.

They add customers & revenue to your bottom line, and massively increase your productivity.

I thought I’d share them with you, so you can start doing them, too:

1. A Morning Routine.

No shocker here, I’m going to recommend (once again)
The Miracle Morning.

You have to start your day off right to win the day.

I wrote a post about how the practice has helped me, and you can read it here.

Your attitude determines your altitude, and it’s something you can control by starting your day off right.

2. Work Product

This is work with clients and customers.

You must put in the hours you’ve been paid for (or can bill for).

You must make money every single day.

3. Keep Current Clients Happy

This isn’t doing your job (see #2)...

This is doing above-and-beyond actions.

Like doing interim check-in calls, providing additional resources, or making helpful introductions or suggestions.

Do more than you’re paid to do.

4. Business Development

New clients, or additional revenue from current clients, are the life blood of every business.

Schedule time to do outreach and make time to meet new people.

5. Administrative Tasks.

You need to stay on top of billing, invoices, scheduling, & all of the other admin tasks that must be done.

Schedule time to complete administrative tasks for the time of day you don’t need to be at your best.

6. Time With Friends & Family

They are, after all, what you’re working for, right?

Put your friends & your family on your calendar, as well as some time with yourself.

Each of the 6 Daily Actions contribute to your prosperity, health and well-being.

So you’ll want to schedule time to do them every work day.

Or you can have “theme” days where you accomplish them all in one fell swoop.

Have a tremendous week!
